Inspection will be held on Wednesday November 25, Thursday November 26 & Friday November 27 from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm CET (GMT +1). Prior appointment required.

A Buyer's Premium of 16% is applicable to this sale.

All small items must be removed by Friday, December 18th, 2015. Larger items must be removed no later than Friday, January 8th, 2016. Removal hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Extended hours or weekends may be accommodated by prior appointment. No assets may be removed during the auction sale.

Usage of the overhead cranes and fork lift truck during the removal of goods is strictly limited to the following dates; Monday 7th through to Friday 11th December and 14th through to 18th December. During these dates, ALL CRANES AND THE FORK LIFT TRUCK CAN ONLY BE OPERATED BY DESIGNATED CATERPILLAR GLOBAL MINING, A.S. PERSONNEL WITH NO EXCEPTIONS.

The cranes and fork lift truck CANNOT be used during the final 2 weeks of clearance (4th – 8th January & 11th – 15th January 2016). All buyers wishing to remove heavy items during these dates must supply their own lifting and loading equipment/machinery at their own cost, NO EXCEPTIONS. This must clearly be defined in your Method Statement and Risk Assessment.
