Sale inspection will be held on Tuesday, November 13, from 8 AM to 4 PM PT, or by special appointment. All parties wishing to inspect must pre-register with Perfection Industrial Sales.

A 15% buyer's premium will be charged on all assets purchased by buyers attending the sale in person, and any Webcast or Online Buyers will be charged an 18% buyer's premium. Acceptable forms of payment are cashier's check, company check (with bank letter of guarantee) or wire transfer within 48 hours of the sale close. For any Buyers failing to pay within the 48 hour stated payment period, the buyer's premium will be increased to 18% (bidders attending the Auction in person) or 21% (Webcast or Online Bidders). Everything will be sold to the highest bidder, in accordance with the Auctioneer's "Terms of Sale", copies of which will be posted on the premises of the sale and subject to additional terms announced the day of sale. All items are sold "As is, Where is" without any warranties, express or implied.

All assets must be removed no later than Friday, November 30. Removal hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM PT, or by special appointment.

• FMM "Forma Migratoria Múltiple" (tourist card) is required to enter the facility. The FMM can be obtained at the Mexican immigration office at the border with a valid passport or passport card, or can be obtained online via the INM website. Online FMM still requires a stop at the INM at the border for official stamp.

• Shipping documentation to buyers outside of Mexico, Mexico Maquiladora buyers and Non-Maquiladora buyers will be provided only upon receiving all required information from the buyers. Door-to-Door rigging and shipment services offered via companies listed on our website.
