Inspection
Sale preview will be held by appointment only on Tues, March 2 and Wed, March 3, from 9 AM to 3 PM. Schedule your inspection appointment by calling +1-847-545-6374. All visitors will be required to wear steel toed shoes, safety glasses with side shields, and masks. Glasses and masks will be supplied. No short pants are allowed. Video call inspections can also be accommodated with advance notice.
Payment
An 18% Buyer's Premium will be charged on all assets purchased by buyers providing full payment is made within 48 hours following the sale. Acceptable forms of payment are cashier's check, company check (with bank letter of guarantee) or wire transfer within 48 hours of the sale close. For any Buyers failing to pay within the 48 hour stated payment period, the Buyer's Premium will be increased to 20%. All invoices paid with a credit card are subject to a 20% Buyer's Premium. Everything will be sold to the highest bidder, in accordance with the Auctioneer's customary "Terms of Sale", copies of which will be posted on the Auctioneer’s website and subject to additional terms announced the day of sale. All items are sold "As is, Where is" without any warranty, express or implied.

All removal is by scheduled appointment only.
In order to remove auction items, the Halliburton Bill of Sale must be completed and emailed to [email protected].
Please contact our office as soon as possible with any questions.
All small, hand-carry lots must be removed by Friday, March 12. All other purchased lots must be removed no later than Friday, March 26. Any purchased items remaining on site after Friday, March 26 will be considered forfeit/abandoned and will be scrapped. No exceptions. Please bid accordingly and schedule pickup of your purchased lots in a timely manner.
Rigging Note: All Buyers must use rigging companies specified by Halliburton. A list of approved riggers can be found below, and will be included with all invoices.
Perfection Industrial Sales nor their client are able to secure any export licenses or sign any export documents, if you are exporting your items, you will need an export agent based in the USA to work on your behalf.
