Inspection

Sale inspection for assets located in Tulsa will be held on Monday, October 14 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM CT. Sale inspection for assets in Olahoma City is strictly by appointment only on Monday, October 14 after 2:00 PM CT. Please call Alec Story at (309) 208-7812 to schedule an appointment.

Payment

An 18% buyer's premium will be charged on all assets. The buyer's premium will be reduced to 16% for payments made by means of cashier's check or wire transfer within 48 hours of sale close. If paying by company check, a paid in full invoice will be issued upon the check clearing. Credit card payments are limited to a maximum of $2,000. All items are sold "As is, Where is" without any warranty, express or implied.

Deadlines

All items must be removed no later than Friday, October 25. Removal hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CT, Monday through Friday. Extended hours and weekends may be accommodated with prior appointment.
