Inspection

Inspection of assets is STRICTLY BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, on Tuesday, May 22. Please call Jennifer Reiner (contact info below) to schedule an appointment.

Payment

An 18% buyer's premium will be charged on all assets. The buyer's premium will be reduced to 16% for payments made by means of cashier's check or wire transfer within 48 hours of sale close. If paying by company check, a paid in full invoice will be issued upon the check clearing. Credit card payments are limited to a maximum of $2,000. All items are sold "As is, Where is" without any warranty, express or implied.

Deadlines

The removal period for all sold assets is Monday, May 28 through Friday, June 8. Removal times are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. All items will be removed by the designated rigger, Rite Industrial Movers. A removal cost will be noted on the lots. This cost will be added to the invoice of the winning bidder. If the items does not list a rigging cost, that item will be loaded at no additional cost to the buyer. Please note these requirements and let Perfection know if there are any questions or further clarification needed.
