Payment
An 18% buyer's premium will be charged on all assets. The buyer's premium will be reduced to 16% for payments made by means of cash, cashier's check, company check (with bank letter of guarantee) or wire transfer within 48 hours of sale close. Credit card payments are limited to a maximum of $2,000. All items are sold "As is, Where is" without any warranty, express or implied.

Deadlines
The removal period begins on March 20th, and assets must be removed no later than March 31st. Removal times are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CT.

Please be advised "Lot 4 - 1996 GIDDINGS & LEWIS G60-T CNC Horizontal Boring Mill, s/n 450-0338-96" has been withdrawn from the Online Auction scheduled to close on Tuesday, March 14th due to a delayed release date from production. The revised date for release is now the end of May 2017. All bidders have the opportunity to purchase the Asset under the following sale terms:
A) All interested Bidders will submit their maximum bid in writing by email to the attention of Steve Kleba at
[email protected], by 3:00pm CDT on Tuesday, March 14th.
B) All bids will be subject to a 16% Buyers Premium.
C) All bids will be reviewed by our client for acceptance or approval.
D) The winning bidder will be notified by email on Wednesday, March 15th and will be invoiced for a 10% deposit, with the balance due by Monday, May 29th 2017, prior to dismantling and removal.
E) All bids are subject to our standard Perfection Industrial Sales terms and conditions.
