All visitors on site must wear a face mask and abide by all social distancing guidelines. Video call inspections can also be accommodated with advance notice.

A 20% buyer's premium will be charged on all assets. The buyer's premium will be reduced to 18% for payments made by means of cashier's check or wire transfer within 48 hours of sale close. If paying by company check, a paid in full invoice will be issued upon the check clearing. Credit card payments are limited to a maximum of $2,000. All items are sold "As is, Where is" without any warranty, express or implied.

All small, hand-carry lots must be removed no later than Wednesday, December 11. Larger machining and fabricating assets must be removed no later than Friday, January 15. All removal is strictly on an appointment only basis. No removal will be permitted on holidays or weekends unless prior arrangements have been made. Removal hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CT. Anyone removing purchased items with a lift truck or another powered vehicle must have a certificate of insurance with a $2M General Liability policy, and that certificate must be provided to the auctioneer for review and approval prior to the auction.

All site visitors, including visits for pre-auction inspection appointments and post-auction removal, must abide by all COVID-19 guidelines. This includes submitting to a temperature check upon entering the facility and completing a COVID-19 waiver. Everyone must be wearing a face mask, steel toe boots and safety glasses and must practice social distancing.
