Sale inspection will be held on Tuesday, November 14th from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM ET.

An 18% buyer's premium will be charged on all assets. The buyer's premium will be reduced to 16% for payments made by means of cashier's check, company check (with bank letter of guarantee) or wire transfer within 48 hours of sale close. Credit card payments are limited to a maximum of $2,000. All items are sold "As is, Where is" without any warranty, express or implied.

REMOVAL IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. To schedule a removal appointment, please contact Rich Fege at 847.471.7422. All items must be removed no later than Friday, December 8th. Removal times are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM or by special appointment.

Removal Schedule:

Due to the Thanksgiving Holiday, removal appointments are available on the following days;

Friday, November 17th from 7am to 3pm.

Saturday and Sunday, November 18th and 19th from 7am to 1pm.

Monday, November 20th from 7 am to 2 pm.

There will be NO REMOVALS on Tuesday, November 21st, Wednesday the 22nd, Thursday the 23rd and Friday the 24th.

Normal removal hours will begin on Monday, November 27th.
