The inspection for assets located in all days of this sale will be held on Tuesday, April 26th from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM MDT.

An 18% buyer's premium will be charged on all assets. The buyer's premium will be reduced to 15% for payments made by means of cash, cashier's check, company check (with bank letter of guarantee) or wire transfer within 48 hours of sale close. Credit card payments are limited to a maximum of $2,000. All items are sold "As is, Where is" without any warranties expressed or implied.

Removal of purchased lots will begin on Tuesday, May 3rd. All small items must be removed no later than Friday, May 13th, 2016. All larger items must be removed no later than Friday, May 20th, 2016. Removal hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Extended hours or weekends may be accomodated by prior appointment.

U.S. / CANADA / Non-NAFTA Country Buyers:

All purchases that will be exported from Mexico will be provided with Shipment pediment with prepaid duty/customs fees (if any). Customs Broker's fees and/or Import documentation fees may apply to clear the border. Most USA manufactured equipment returns to the U.S. duty free. Please contact your customs broker for further guidance. If you do not have a customs broker, please contact us and we will provide a recommendation. MEXICO Buyers:

IVA and/or Import Duties may be applicable for Mexico buyers if assets will remain in Mexico. IVA/Duties will depend on Maquiladora status under the IMMEX program.
