Purpose of the App

The App serves as a platform to be used within the agreements between Perfection Global and their client companies. The App serves the following purposes:

Account Management: When you sign up for an account with us, we gather specific personal details to establish your account and confirm your identity. This includes your first name, last name, company email address, phone number, and company street address. Once your account is set up, you have the option to modify or update this information, or even delete your account through your profile settings. You can edit your first name, last name, phone number, company street address, and password. However, the company email address cannot be altered after the account has been successfully created, as it serves as the primary identifier. If you choose to delete your account, all the personal information you provided will be removed from our records. For users with compatible iOS devices, the app may seek permission to utilize your device's bio authenticator. This bio authenticator can then be utilized for logging into the app. It's important to note that Perfection Global does not retain or gather your biometric data. Biometric data, such as fingerprints or facial recognition data, stored on your iOS device, is securely stored within the device's Secure Enclave. The Secure Enclave is a dedicated coprocessor within the iOS device's hardware responsible for handling sensitive security operations, including biometric authentication. This data is encrypted and never leaves the device.
Asset Search and Discovery: The App enables users to explore and view the surplus assets available within their own company.
Asset Claiming and Reservation: The App permits users to claim or reserve assets listed on the platform. The personal information you shared with us at the time of account registration may be used to communicate with you throughout the claiming and reservation process.
Asset Addition: The App grants authorized individuals the ability to upload new assets to the platform. For those using compatible iOS devices, the App provides the option to photograph the asset being uploaded directly within the platform. These photographs are transmitted to us immediately upon capture. The first time you attempt to use the photography feature, the App will ask for permission to access your device's camera. Users also have the choice to save copies of the images to their device's photo library. The App will ask for permission to save files to your device's storage the first time you opt to save a photo to your photo library.

We may collect information about you in various ways. The information we may collect via the App includes:

Personal Data:Personally identifiable information, such as your name, shipping address, email address, and telephone number, that you voluntarily give to us when you choose to participate in various activities related to the App, such as creating an account.
Mobile Device Access:We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device’s camera, storage, bio authenticator, and other features.

Use of Your Information

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the App to:
