Inspection

Payment

An 18% buyer's premium will be charged on all assets. The buyer's premium will be reduced to 16% for payments made by means of cash, cashier's check, company check (with bank letter of guarantee) or wire transfer within 48 hours of sale close. Credit card payments are limited to a maximum of $2,000. All items are sold "As is, Where is" without any warranties expressed or implied.

Deadlines

All items must be removed no later than Friday, July 22nd. Removal times are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM or by special appointment.

Plant Admittance: No one admitted under 18, ID will be required. This is an operating plant. Visitors will be required to wear steel toed shoes, wear safety glasses with side shields, ear plugs and a visitors badge. Directions to enter the Auction area: Caterpillar Dr in Montgomery to Parking Lot 2. Park in that lot. The Auction Area is inside Gate 7. These areas are clearly marked.
