Inspection
A sale preview for assets located in Cedartown, GA will be held on Monday, September 21, from 9 AM - 4 PM ET. Inspection of Muscatine, IA assets is by appointment. IMPORTANT NOTE: Most of the assets in Cedartown GA facililty are in a warehouse not under power.
Payment
An 18% buyer’s premium will be charged on all assets. The buyer’s premium will be reduced to 15% for payments made by means of cash, cashier's check, company check (with bank letter of guarantee) or wire transfer within 48 hours of sale close. Credit card payments are limited to a maximum of $2,000. All items are sold “As is, Where is” without any warranties expressed or implied.

Deadlines
All items must be removed from the Muscatine location by October 9th, 2015. All items must be removed from the Cedartown facility by October 9th, 2015 unless approved by the Auctioneer. All items must be removed by LPWI rigging company from the Muscatine locations that currently house production. Contact the rigger for removal quotes.
