An inspection will be held on Wednesday, October 21st from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM ET.

An 18% buyer’s premium will be charged on all assets purchased by buyers attending the sale in person. Any Webcast or Online Buyers will be charged 21%. The buyer’s premium will be reduced to 15% (bidders attending the Auction in person) or 18% (Webcast or Online bidders) for payments made by means of cash, cashier’s check, company check (with bank letter of guarantee) or wire transfer within 48 hours of sale close. Credit card payments are limited to a maximum of $2,000. Everything will be sold to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with the Auctioneer’s customary “Terms of Sale”, copies of which will be posted on the premises of the sale and subject to additional terms announced the day of sale. All items are sold “As is, Where is” without any warranties expressed or implied.

All items must be removed no later than Friday, November 6, 2015. Removal times are 8:00 AM–4:00 PM EDT, Monday through Friday. Carry out items may be removed once the auction closes on Thursday, October 22, if time permits. No items may be removed during the auction. NO EXCEPTIONS.
