The buyer’s premium will be reduced to 15% (bidders attending the Auction sale in person) or 18% (Webcast bidders) for payments made by means of cash, cashier's check, company check (with bank letter of guarantee) or wire transfer within 48 hours of sale close.All items are sold “As is, Where is” without any warranties expressed or implied.

The removal period for this auction will be held from July 23rd to August 8th, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. Carry out items can be removed once the auction closes on July 22nd, if time permits. **No items may be removed during auction. NO EXCEPTIONS.**
