Inspection
A sale preview will be held on Wednesday, December 10th from 10 am - 2 pm, and also by scheduled appointment. Please call John Bopp at (708) 606-3240 to schedule. No entry permitted without steel toe shoes and safety glasses. Must be 18 years of age to enter the facility.
Payment
An 18% buyer’s premium will be charged on all assets. The buyer’s premium will be reduced to 15% for payments made by means of cash, cashier's check, company check (with bank letter of guarantee) or wire transfer within 48 hours of sale close. Credit card payments are limited to a maximum of $2,000. All items are sold “As is, Where is” without any warranties expressed or implied.

Deadlines
All items must be removed by Friday, December 19th.

Due to seller safety regulations, some lots require removal assistance from the facility. A removal charge for these lots is listed in the 'View Details' section of each lot. The removal cost will be added to the invoice of the winning bidder. If no removal cost is list in the 'View Details' section, none will be added to winning bidders invoice for that lot.
